One-year exchange warranty extension for compatible Brother machines. Brother Extended Limited Warranty Agreement qualifies an end user for next business day Priority Exchange and access to the Priority Account Line. Brother will ship a replacement unit Next Business Day delivery if a customer’s call is received by 4:45pm EST Monday through Friday. Brother covers the shipping cost both ways, including a return label and packing materials with the replacement unit.
